Gee was a most competent professional explaining how things work and trouble shooting as well as giving great recommendations going forward. In the end we did not need to repair or replace anything so I basically paid for the service call. He offered other small services to be checked and I appreciated that. Office responded to email quickly, got me scheduled 1 and half days after online scheduling. I had never used this company, but they have favorable reviews.
Steve texted with arrival time, quickly assessed the problem and got to work. Recommended a cleaning and he was able to do that while here.
I have multiple properties and was pleased to find an HVAC company which has knowledgeable staff.
